Property Management can be a very smart option when a property is not able to be sold in a current market or if one is looking to get a sound long term investment. Whatever the reason, I am here to help and provide my services as your property manager!

I currently serve as a residential property manager and can assist you with attached (condos, townhouses) or detached (single family homes) properties, from finding and marketing the property to find a tenant to managing the property. Some of the services provided include, but are not limited to:

List the property in the local MLS and other advertising venues
Handle pre-approval of all prospective tenants
Handle application and lease process
Receive and process monthly rental payments
Receive and process work orders from tenants
Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance for property
