NW Austin, Canyon Creek Annual Easter Egg Hunt

eggs Saturday, April 16th 10am in Trail Head Park the annual Canyon Creek Easter Egg Hunt will be in full swing having a hippity hopping good time!

We filled our 225 plastic Easter eggs and dropped them off to add to the hundreds of eggs that will be ready to be laid out in 3 respective areas in Trail Head Park. There are 3 different age groups and the Canyon Creek kiddos will have baskets in hand ready to scoop up their treasures!

The Easter bunny (a young lady who lives in the neighborhood who is a freshman at Westwood HS) will be donned in the traditional Easter bunny costume ready for photo ops with all participants! Gene and I will have cameras in hand ready to snap memorable photos which will be up on www.canyoncreeknews.com by the Thursday before Easter through Shutterfly for review and purchase.

Hi Cindy,

We have hundreds of people filling eggs with prizes..many love to do this including the kids in the process! The kids loved opening the eggs right away ..no waiting..we tried it once with empty eggs and the kids didn't like it so we always fill them now!
