Do you know the difference between a public adjuster and an insurnace company adjuster?

The public adjustor works for the home owner or policy holder.

The insurance company has their own adjuster and they work for the insurance company to look out for their own needs and to save their insurance company money.

Do you need your own representation? You bet ya!  Would you represent yourself going to court?  Probably not.  The insurance company is going to do everything they can to keep the dollar figure down even if this means to even say no to paying a claim.

David Snell has over 24 years in the restoration business and believes that representation is very important to folks.

David Snell also owns Executive Restoration and his company is based out of Charlotte, North Carolina and they handle:

I have homeowners insurance with State Farm. I recently asked for a claim on my home , due to inclement weather. Thay had this young girl from the state of Illionis come and adjust or inspect my home for damage.First is she quailified to inspect in NC? mY PATIO HAS OVER 1000 SMALL DINGS FROM THE HAIL STORM, BUT SHE SAID NO ROOF DAMAGE? cONSIDERING THE DENSITY OF THE ALUMINUM ROOF OVER MY PATIO, WHY DOES IT NOT ADMISABLE FOR ROOF DAMAGE.?

aLSO SHE KEPT REFERING TO MY HOME AS DEPRECIATION [ WHY AND WHAT]. SHE IS SAYING MY HOME HAS TO BE NEW TO GET A FAIR ESTIMATE.
