So, I went to a HUD presentation this past Thursday on HUD properties. I couldn't believe the number of realtors that don't participate in this awesome program. HUD allows new agents, like myself to advertise their listing. Amazing... Plus the homes are awesome deals. Homes, like these are so cheap and best of all, there are very few if any issues with the homes. In fact, these homes are perfect for first time home buyers and investors. Unlike short sales, these properties you bid on them and depending on the timeline for the bid, you can get into them quite fast.
So, investors and first time home buyers, take a look...These could be the perfect opportunity for you.
