REAL ESTATE SUCCESS SPRING STORY

Spring into writing a contract by sweeping the front walk way of your home.  I did.

My neighbor's home is listed with another Realtor®.  I sprung into action when a vehicle pulled up and asked me questions about the listed home.  I told them that it was a short sale and they immediately replied, "Oh no short sales for us". 

I told them that I was a Realtor® of 32 years and would be more than happy to work for them after asking if they had a Realtor® and they replied no. 

I invited them into my home office and proceeded to print out every listing in my subdivison, as they requested.  I showed them several homes and they fell in love with one of them which led to a contract.

Spring has really sprung for me.  It was a beautiful morning, met a beautiful couple and had a beautiful day!

Always remember, God works his wonders in strange ways.
