Ever notice how hard it is to get started on Monday after a busy weekend. It is so easy to just roll over and hit the snooze button a few times. No...wait...stop do not do that! Monday is the day I always noticed sellers need to hear from the listing agent and buyers need to hear from their buyers agent.
Monday is also the day to think about your next weekend and your schedule. My best technique for overcoming the Monday Blues is to treat myself to part of the day off. Just not the first part. Also, Monday morning no tie! Come in, make a call to all my sellers. Send out feedback requests then take a few hours off.
My best Monay morning stress reducers:
- Blog on Active Rain
- Hit some golf balls
- Take my wife to lunch
- Get my car washed and vacuum the heck out of it
- Go to an afternoon movie (its nice to pay the discounted price)
- Go to the library (or I hate to say Borders Books) and read a few magazines
