$22.7 Million Land Sale - Palm Beach Island

A vacant parcel of land on Palm Beach has recently sold for $22.7 million! Located at 1255 South Ocean Blvd, this lakefront 5.98 acre parcel was purchased by Connecticut billionaire Thomas Peterffy. The sellers had purchased the property from Reed Krakoffin 2009 for $10.7 million.  The parcel is comprised of 2 buildable lots and a protective bird sanctuary affiliated with the Audubon Society.
