San Lucas is a very attractive little community along Interstate 10, about ten minutes north of Tucson/Marana town proper. The community has a lovely backdrop of the Tortolita Mountains and is minutes from the Marana Town Hall and Municipal area, almost completed Marana Health Center, and some limited shopping and restaurant choices.
The area is ripe for growth, and in fact, many of the homes for sale in the area are new construction. San Lucas is a master-planned community with parks, walkways, common areas, and even basketball courts available for the residents and guests of this Marana subdivision.
