I am trying to get a sense of how much money agents and REO brokers spend with their REO listings. With these listings come certain expenses such as power/water/lawn etc and mild repairs on house on occasion. So on average what is everyone putting into these listings? I know the power gets turned on but I was wondering why sometimes. I really dont know any agents that show property at night and if a house sits vacant you should have good light during the daytime hours. I am trying to get a general assessment of charges that are incurred on taking these REO listings. Please let me know what some of you are spending for REOs.
