Number 2 would be a crawl space so wet that Bullfrogs feel welcome......

This is just one of those areas you need to check every now and then to make sure it stays dry!

This is one item I've never had show up on a home inspection before.....I can only imagine how long this amphibious friend has been underneath this house. Be sure to regularly check your crawlspace thoroughly and if you have this problem, get it corrected immediately.

It appears this crawl space was home to a "hopping" tenant. This post should remind home owners to know their home a bit more, especially if it is on the market for sale. Good series on value of a home inspection.

Rob, folks sure don't want to water in their home's crawl space. There was so much moistuer coming up from this Crawl Space into the building, my Moist Meter went off the scale. You can see what it has done to the sub flooring.
