Montrose Edmonton Real Estate
The Montrose Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot fell in the first quarter of 2011. Unlike Edmonton, Montrose's average selling price per square foot so far in 2011 is lower than the 4th quarter of 2010. The average in Montrose did dip in 2011 as a result of an older 1929 home sale and another sale that was basically lot value. It will be interesting to see in the next quarter if Montrose can recover and exceed the Edmonton average sold price per square foot again.
