There are currently 94 single family Maumee homes for salein the highly desirable Maumee schools system, which has achieved the 'Excellent' rating by the state of Ohio. These homes run in price from $69,900 to $1.5M. Twenty-nine Maumee homes have sold this year, and 14 are in the contingent or pending status.
There are 8 condominiums for sale in the Maumee schools district with prices running from $74,900 to $284,500. We have sold one condo and have one in the pending or contingent status.
Interest rates in the area are at 4.875 to 5% for a thirty year conventional fixed rate mortgage, 4.0 to 4.125% for a fifteen year fixed rate mortgage, and 4.75% for a thirty year fixed rate FHA mortgage.
