If this continues I see a 15 to 25% price pop by next year!!!

We are at the peak of selling season with hot weather it will slow in to the summer months, but I see no reason for prices to go anywhere but up.  Those good listings in good condition, with the extra amenities will fetch many offers.  I hope the local agents who are doing BPO's for the services take heed, we are no longer declining, values are stable!!!

The trend is cyclical, it is a normal market but when inventory gets this low prices should start going up.
