Hi Will, good for you for getting a price reduction on this great ranch. May I offer a suggestion...try getting another shot of this house but not direct as it is now. Right now it is consumed by the garage. Get a side shot which softens that garage. It will be more inviting. Have a great evening.
Hi Will, I think Judith is right about the angle of the house. I'm sure that those trees will leaf out soon and the grass will green up, of course it means another trip out but if your MLS is like ours - won't uploading a new photo throw the listing onto a hot sheet of some sort?
