1) Why should I listen you?

2) Why should I believe what you have to say?

3) Why should I do anything about what you're offering?

4) Why should I act now?

If you don't answer these questions in your presentation, you won't get the sale.

You're absolutely right.  If we as stagers or real estate agents can't answer these simple questions for our potential clients, they have no reason to work with us.  Thanks for reminding us.

The best defense to losing a listing or a sale is to go on the offense. So bring up the questions and give the answers before they are even asked - it's a great way to terminate possible objections.
