Recently the FHA mades some changes. Like that is a new concept....However, a lot of brokers and loan officers are flipping out and making too much to do about nothing. Personally, I am just going with the flow.
My team and I have decided that we are going to work on purchases and focus more on them. With home appraisals being down, the market is ripe for buying an expensive house at a lower cost. This works for me and hopefully a lot of Realtors as well.
So Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky Realtors, let's get something cooking in the kitchen. Get your buyers the loan they deserve!
