Well the housing market is not like it used to be huh....... Looks like agents will be droping like flys soon. The days of easy Real Esate your phone ringing all the time and people wanting to either buy or sell are gone. We know have to work hard, follow are leads, stay in contact with people more, be prospecting and talking with people. ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call yesterday from one of the brokers in my network who said he's thinking of taking a job and if he did, would I still send him business?

Well, NO, at least, not those relocating home buyers coming to the area who usually travel during he week. He may still be able to work with some locals that only look during the weekends, but he will surely not get relocating buyers.

I suspect that he won't be the first. But, fortunately, I have a wonderful network of agents and brokers for buyer referrals.
