Podcasting and Real Estate...Anyone using it.

By
Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway First REALTORS®

i am an agent in Topeka, KS  and was wondering about your thoughts on "Podcasting" your real estate listings.  Anyone using it and if so How successful is it?  From the little i have gathered it is fairly inexpensive and probably just one of those tools that set you apart from your competitor.

ANY THOUGHTS?  If you haven't explored this option, I just went to www.podcast.com.  Check it out.

I know podcasting is getting more and more popular - the trouble is being interesting and not crossing any lines while you are doing so.

My graphic says "Dangleberry"!

I have been thinking about podcasting.  However, I also know that I am a perfectionist, and I would want the production values of a Hollywood movie... explosions, car chases...
