6.7 million, wow. I don't think there's anything in our county (sf wise) in that price range. Although, I don't need to travel far to see homes in this price range. :)

Gail, there are some VERY EXPENSIVE homes in our area. That 6.7 MM house is a new construction the rendering pictured.

John, I was surprised to see the number of listing coming in is slightly higher than the totals of those in contract and closing...things ate moving!

Valerie, Yes, it is on the market, it's located in Sea Cliff and asking about 1.299 MM and has a waterview. I did try to pick images that reflect the diversity of the district.
