There’s a new club coming to a local beach in Lake Havasu City soon. Revitalizing one of the city’s mainstay hotels will not be an easy feat, especially when it means adding a new club that will be complete with dozens of palm trees weighing in at over 5,000 lbs each.
The Nautical Beachfront Resort is now in full swing with construction and remodeling. They are expected to open new additions by Memorial Day weekend. The club addition will be known as “The Wet” and will include a wet-bar, new pool, new conference center, new restaurant, 188 extended-stay units, dry boat storage for 200+ vessels, a new fitness facility and more.
The goal for all the renovations and additions is to make Nautical Beachfront Resort the “gem” of Lake Havasu City once again. There are also future plans for all rooms in the hotel to be renovated, along with the addition of a state-of-the-art conference center. The resort is even using “green technology” throughout to make things more efficient.
There will be three more phases in the near future of Nautical Beachfront Resort. The second phase will be for dry boat storage. The third phase will include an additional 30 to 40 units and the fourth phase will include around 20 long-term residential units that will face the marina.
