Save a tree, shred your papers! Last year it is noted that this event shredded 13,000 pounds of paper. This kept more than 6 tons of paper out of our landfills and saved 145 trees from being cut down. Great job I have to say! And who doesn't love to see all those old papers being shredded in seconds!
Please note, all monies collected at ShredFest 2011 go directly back to our community. The New Milford Rotary Club helps our local senior citizen, our schools, gives scholarships, many worthy causes right here! So, you will not only clean up your office and houses, you will help save the environment AND help to support local people in need and fantastic local projects.
