Yes, Bill Clinton, has held the world's record as the biggest liar until this past week. Local St Louis Realtors assured my sister that there was an excellent market for her high end condo and that she would not lose any money selling her condo. AS OF 4/23 SHE HAS NOT SHOWN OR HAD ANY OTHER REALTOR EVEN LOOK AT MY SISTER'S CONDO! Zillow shows the listing price as $1,499,000 and their zestimate of $1,081,000. There are many vacant condos for sale in this building including ones that have never been purchased. A similar condo is listed at $1,1200,000 with a zestimate of $571,000! DON'T START ME ON MY RANT ABOUT STARTING A COURT ACTION ... SOMEONE PROBABLY ALREADY HAS FOR BIG DOLLARS!..(you think I meant the realtor or do I mean the realtor and zillow?) AS THEY WOULD SAY IT IS ONLY AN "ESTIMATE"....SO WHY PUT A DAMAGING VALUE TO THE ENTIRE REAL ESTATE MARKET? With a straight face and a signed listing in her hand, she promptly left the condo and giggled all the way to the elevator. Next step is to come back and tell my sister in 3 months that the unit hasn't sold because "my sister insisted on getting a higher price than she "the realtor" had advised. Bill Clinton should have said that he was out of the country and had never met Monica and he might have had a chance to stay #1. ALREADY SHE HAS TOLD MY SISTER THAT THERE IS NO ONE LOOKING AT THIS TIME OF THE YEAR! Love to know your AWARD suggestion for top liar!
