Well this has nothing to do with real estate, just some random thoughts for you. There is nothing better in this world than the joy of fatherhood. When I open the door when I get home and my son comes running from across the house screaming"Daddy" and jumps in my arms I melt everytime. My daughter is only 8 months so she can't do this quite yet but I am sure that she will. I mean, I'm a great Daddy so why wouldn't they! Those who have children know what I mean. When you make this transition in your life it changes you completely. I really can't remember anytime when I didnt have kids. My son is my oldest and he isn't even three yet. So that wasn't too long ago, but you get wrapped up in the family that you really dont realize it. Now my son was pretty easy in the beginning stages and my daughter definetly not so much. While my son spent his first six months sleeping, my daughter spent it crying. Although it is just a distant memory now you still remember a little bit of it. But you know what, it was all worth it. Not saying I want to do it again because I believe two kids to be my good number, but you still dont mind the hard stuff in the beginning. Now I think of myself as a great Dad and I want to share it with other dads out there and soon to be dads.
So I had a great idea. I started writing a book for Dads. Now this isn't going to be some regular "How to do it" book. It is going to be a mans man book on kids. From finding out your having a baby all the way up until the kids are telling you "No" constantly. This is going to be a very comedic book with everything that "Guys" will understand. I am in the beginning stages of planning and have a little bit jotted down but it'll be a little while coming into production. With so many boring books teaching you the ins and outs of parenthood mine will be the exact opposite. While I will be giving good information it will be filled with a lot of first hand accounts of my experiences. This might not be a great idea for a book, and I dont think the moms will like it, but I am sure the dads will never put it down.
So tell me what you think about this idea. Would you buy this book, or at least read it if it were free? Just a random thought.
