I told you last week about three buyers I was working with that were energized and confident in today's marketplace. They were tired of sitting on the sidelines, watching prices fall, interest rates as low... they were nervous that interest rates were threatening to creep up...

So all three of them, yes, that's right all three of them wrote offers this week, that were accepted. Been missing a little bit of your "Alan-fix" here in the Rain?... well, he's been busier than that proverbial one-armed-paper-hanger, juggling two new listings, and three active offers. Well, yesterday, the last of those offers was accepted, initialed and signed.

Booyah! Now that's a good week's work. Three accepted contracts, and two new listings! Woo hoo!

I shouldn't say "the last of those offers", because I'm showing one more buyer today... and who knows?! Let's hear it for 2011!! Two, Four, Six, Eight... who do we appreciate??

Not to be outdone, buyers changed their minds after trying to renegotiate on one of my listings and my seller said 'no,', I lost a listing opportunity, I met with sellers on Friday who want their illegal media room (which I cannot advertise) to sell their home which is worth $500,000 less than they think, and I had an inspection yesterday and my buyers are thinking twice about the sale.... Ha! I have to laugh.. life is too short! Best, G
