Ahhh... the smell of spring, and the mulch pile in my driveway.

Randy Stopher and mulchHere in Pennsylvania nature is just bursting at the seams with flowering trees, tulips and daffodils in full tilt boogie, and the lawn is begging to be mowed for the 3rd time this season. After a long winter these are all welcome signs of the world around us, and I'm also seeing the same excitement return to the real estate market here in Phoenixville PA, my hometown. There is nothing better than helping buyers and sellers attain their real estate goals, that's the reason why I'm in this profession.

Just yesterday I received a call from a potential buyer, who was in the process of looking at properties and not happy with the assistance they were recieving from an agent. It boggles my mind to think of how an agent could ignore the body language and verbal information a customer is giving them. This is when you have to step up to the plate and adjust your game plant to find the right balance of satisfying your customers needs along with using the skills we possess as Realtors.

So, with a lot of business skills and a bit of good faith, I will work with this new buyer to make their real estate goals come to fruition.

And trust me, I'll gladly step away from the job of tackling the 15 yards of mulch which as of yesterday took up residence in my driveway. This is a curse of having a big yard with lots of decorative beds and the desire to have them look as good our local gem, Longwood Gardens. www.longwoodgardens.org It's much more fun working with people making their real estate goals bloom.
