Easter Sunday Morning


Woke very early for a Sunday morning, and am now sitting here in the kitchen, contemplating the foggy morning. Partly because it's Sunday, and partly due to the fog, it's vewy, vewy quiet out there. Even Elmer Fudd could probably sneak up on a bunny - but they're all hiding somewhere, trying to stay out of the fog. Or resting from having a raucously busy night hiding Easter eggs...

Judy, with all the rain we had yesterday, fog was a natural. Even down there in Southern CT you have your tulips out, and ours are still trying to get out of the ground. Happy Easter

Our sunny day yesterday did not repeat itself here in Seattle today.

I woke up to fog and rain as well, although it is not vewy, vewy quiet here (thanks for the smile, I envisioned Elmer in his hunting cap with a blunder-bust turning to say that!) There are always people on their way somewhere, rain or shine.

Hi Ed - I guess you're right about the fog. As for the tulips, I cheated! I received them, in bloom, as a gift for a presentation I did, and came home and planted them. Voila! Instant flowering plants.  ;-)

Hi Ellie - Today has contained a little bit of everything. Very cool and foggy first thing (about 5:30 a.m.), then sultry with a temp of 70 and all the humidity from that fog in the air. Then dry and 72, and on the way home from my sister's house (about an hour away), torrential downpours and the temp going down by almost 10 degrees.
