Ryland Homes purchased the remaining 30 lots in the Glacier Estate development in Shakopee. Ryland is planning 5 different models ranging from 2200-3200 sqft of the upper two level. All homes will be two story homes and the model is pending to have their grand opening mid May of 2011. This is a great area with easy access to county road 16 & country road 18. Also near by is County road 42 as well as highway 169 for easy commuting.
Shopping is readily available in Shakopee and the Savage/ Prior Lake area. Shakopee has a Super Walmart, Sam's Club and Michaels as anchor stores with a Best Buy, Pier One and various strip malls close buy as well. Savage and Prior Lake are just up the road and have access to a Cub Foods, Rainbow Foods and a Super Target.
