I am thrilled to be able to call the Olympic peninsula home again after over 30 years of living in California.  I have spent hours wandering the area with my camera, trying to capture the beauty here. This video is a compilation of photos that give me a sense of peace. I hope you enjoy! I am thrilled to now be able to do what I love (selling homes!) in the best place on earth.

Great point!  I agree, so many times I receive calls from someone on realtor.com, trulia, etc & they ask about a home.  I mention the home has a train or expressway very near and they decline to see it.  Sometimes the house is even better than the photos. So you are right, go see the house.  Call a realtor as we tour many of the homes in advance, we are experts in the area which can save them a lot of time.

Liked the post a lot Sue!  It is so true that there are so many (including many of my clients) are surfing everywhere!  They email me with this property and that, and then I look them up.  Half of them aren't even currently available, others may have inherent issues (backs to a freeway, etc, just like you said).

I try and get my clients to let me do the searching for them, then GET IN THE CAR and buy something.

Love the video too, do you get many customer comments on them?

Have a great day!

Hi Jennifer, Thanks for watching and commenting. The internet is a powerful, but sometimes confusing tool for buyers. That is

why they need us!

Debbie- I have the same issues you do with regard to buyers asking me to look up properties that are really unsuitable for one reason

or another. And yes...the videos have helped my business. I post them often on Facebook.

EllertheSeller - Way to go.  You might want to choose to not allow related videos to appear after your video.  When you are creating the embed code, just uncheck the box.... here.... before you copy the embed code.  I hate it when people se mhy video, then go on to surf other people's videos.
