Ken - I had the chance to see your new listing at last weeks broker caravan. What a fabulous property. I LOVE that area and that street; it's so nice and quiet and very private. I hope you're getting lots of showings and activity on it and sell it really soon.
Endre - It is steady. The comments in the office are that it is busy but buyers are not jumping unless it is the right property that is priced right. If priced right it is in multiples. Of coarse everyone still wants the DEAL. Financing is not the issue like it was. Appraisals are a key factor and I have slid by on a few. Too close for comfort. And most important even though the inventory is up from last year the pricing is fairly close to last year too. This is in the Conejo Valley.
Donne - Yes I had quite a few folks stop by and they loved your freshly baked cookies. I feel that you are right. It is unique to the area and should sell very soon.

Ken: I like all of the wood trim around those windows and the wood floors and banister....very warm feeling that the natural wood gives...a very lovely home in the "wilderness"!
Jane - That is the draw to this home. It was built in 1979 and so it has that feel until you enter. It does not have that 80's feel you get in most older homes. Here only one room has not been touched. The hall bath, although the backsplash was redone, it is original 79'.
Ken, a great listing and beautiful home...I love the landscaping and how it is surrounded by trees.
