Another Edmonds View Condo is Staged to Sell!

We don't get a lot of sunny days here in the Seattle area.  In fact it's been raining here all day!  Fortunately we had the warmest day of the year on Saturday when we staged this Edmonds, WA view condo.  Sometimes these "before" and "after" photos even surprise me!  Take a look at the power of staging.

Diana - really nice staging job however one thing stood out for me - the pink and white window treatments in the bedroom! I liked the colour palette you chose for the bed however I didn't think it meshed so well with the curtains - is there an opportunity to change them or take them down altogether? 

The living room/dining room really illustrates the power of staging and I liked your balanced use of colour and traditional design.

I really wanted to yank down those fussy window treatments when I saw the empty room but your staging took "center stage" and the curtians just faded into the background.  Great job!

Another incredible staging, Diana. I especially liked how you handled the awkwardness of the living room with the fireplace. Your staging made that part of the room make sense.
