Home Builder with New Haven Homes, LLC
Welcome to the New Haven Homes experience.

New Haven Homes builds new, semi-custom and custom luxury homes in the Fairhope, Daphne and Spanish Fort-Baldwin County areas of Alabama.  New Haven Homes attention to detail and quality, and listening to the client's wants and needs/likes and dislikes, has earned them the reputation of "quality builders that care".

Homes are hand-built and should be constructed with quality materials and the labor of experienced craftsmen. A home, like an automobile, requires care and attention from day one. It should be built with the best parts and by an experienced mechanic/engineer.  New Haven Homes uses only experienced craftsmen that do quality work and have a passion for what they build.  For custom built luxury homes in Fairhope, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Mobile or any other Alabama Gulf Coast/Eastern Shore/Baldwin County area, New Haven Homes, LLC will build your custom built home with care and precision.   Currently building in Austin Park, Bellaton, Canaan Place, Church Hill, Summer Lake and The Waters at Fairhope. Soon to be building in the upcoming subdivision, Fairhope Falls.  For other locations or to build on a personal lot or land, e-mail Christian Augustin or call (251) 379-0657.  To preview a map of these new construction Gulf Coast properties, click here.

We just want to say what an exceptional builder New Haven Homes has been for us.  Christian and Don are very honest and loyal and are always timely.  Had them build another home for a family member who is also thrilled.  You can count on them to be there and continue to be there even after you've moved in!!
