Jeremy,

Thank you so much for visiting our site.  This subdivision has some very nice homes, most of which are the owner's permanent homes.  Although our area has become more of a destination for individuals to consider as a resort destination also.  It has always been a Sportsperson's Haven if it involved any water sports, such as fishing or winter fowl hunting, but with the expanding Gaming and greater potential High-end Resort offerings that is pending to kick off mid February with the addition of Mojito Pointe Casino (which will be as large if not larger than L'Auberge Casino Resort), it should escalate  stanthe Area's standing in the Recreational Destination Location Arena. I am not placing a link to the site because I think it may be a violation of ActiveRain Rules, but there is a site on YouTube that will walk you through the Bergman Walls & Assc. Simulation of the site; Not to be confused with other sites that are not as informative.

The Recreational offerings and due to High-Technology Construction Studies and Ground Breaking's of on going projects that may require Parent Company Consultants for extended Visits, projected need for short term leases; a need for Corporate housing will probably increase in demand for many years.  It will offer additional reasons for individuals to build vacation homes on the waterfront, with the potential to enter into Short Term Corporate Leases to others when they are not using their property to off-set their investment.
