Well, I was blessed with a herediatry desease that causes excess calcium to build up and plate itself out on other bones, etc. My dad's plated out on his backbone making it one single inflexible bone now. The typical way is that is plates out as "heel spurs" which are quite painful... or as mine do as "kidney stones" fun isn't in any of the words I might use to describe the pane.
If you have never had one then be glad, I hope you never do. On the other hand if you are like me and manufacture them regularly you can understand the pain. I've passed six in the past couple weeks, five were rather small and the last one passed today, I hope it is the last one for a while. It was about the size of a large pea.
I feel so good, I want to celebrate... have a great day all... M
