Real Estate Market Statistics
A review of local real estate market statistics over the past few years gives the appearance of a carnival ride. Sale prices continue to be affected by the influx of shortsale and foreclosed properties coming onto the market, but folks looking to purchase have had wonderful opportunities...especially if they were able to take advantage of the government tax credit.
Rates have remained low.
The Average Sale Price has
dropped nearly 10% in the past year.
As spring leads into summer, there will continue to be great opportunities for those that look to purchase real estate.
