Why Rent When You Can BUY..!???

Rent or Buy?

Should you rent or buy is the question.  While renters enjoy the freedom to easily move there is no doubt that they are losing money.  With rents averaging $2100.00/mo + security deposits + pet deposits ( renters have pets) it could easily cost almost $4,000 just to move in.  Why not put that $4,000 toward buying your own home?

There are many houses in San Diego, Escondido, San Marcos available for around $200,000.  With prices that low there really is no question about whether you rent or buy - You should Buy and you should buy a house Now.

buy a home in dallas texas

8 Great Reasons Why the Time to Buy is NOW!!!

1.Quality of life •A home provides stability and security for you and your loved ones

2.Pride of home ownership •It's your personal haven

3.Historically low interest rates •Around 5% in the United States (a.k.a.. Money is CHEAP!!!)

4.Appreciation potential •Your home investment can grow in value

5.Equity buildup and debt pay down •Homeowners enjoy an average net worth of approximately $184,000 versus $4000 for renters

6.Leverage •Where else can you buy an investment of this magnitude with 3-10% down?

7.Tax Deduction advantages •Property tax and mortgage interest write-offs

8.The real cost of renting •At $800 per month, with the average 6% rental increase per year, you will pay $126,536 over a 10-year period but have zero ownership of the property

Hi Janet --- while prices and mortgage interest rates are quite favorable now, it doesn't necessarily mean everyone should buy versus rent.  There are many reasons why it may be better for someone to rent now.  You mentioned flexibility which is definitely a big factor for many but the reasons to rent instead of purchasing can run the gamut.

Hi Janet: Rates are favorable, and if a person is going to be somewhere for awhile, now IS an excellent time to buy!
