Jesus Christ Supetstar, the theatrical Masterpiece is on the main stage of the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre in Chanhassen, MN through July 30th, 2011.

 

"Jesus Christ Superstar" the first rock opera, and groundbreaking theatrical masterpiece by the legendary writing team of Sir Tim Rice and Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.

This may be a local theatre but it is top notch talent. And you get to enjoy a wonderful dinner prior to the show.

This production has received rave reviews and I cannot wait to attend. Check out a soundbite of the music....you'll be rocking all day!

Man what didn't you do Roger? You need to write a post about the parts you played.

I know Janice. I am really looking forward to it.

Wow Mykael. So you know it first hand! Judas is an incredible part but is it better than playing Jesus? Perhaps more challenging except for the crucifixion. The young man playing Jesus in this roll said every night the crucifixion is the hardest thing to do.

I didn't know the words to all the songs Connie but the main ones I did. I thought I was soooo cool! LOL

I know Ellen. It was such a huge deal when it came out.
