What do you say on the initial call that will set you apart from everyone else! You know that you'll have other Realtors calling as well!!! What do you say at your initial meeting? "How" do you follow up and what do you say on the follow up calls? Make sure that you are fluent in scripts and dialogs - they will get you in the door and help you convert the sellers to becoming your clients! Get your scripts and practice them with a friend, partner or co-worker. Even better - records your training and evaluate your technique and skill levels!

This is so true we have to be able to get into the door there are plenty of other Realtor's making the expired calls we have to be prepared.
