Housing Sales numbers came in this week and they indicate we had the worst winter for home sales in decades. Nobody told me so I kept selling.
Sure I farmed FSBOners, Expireds, Out of Area Homeowners and held Open Houses every weekend but it worked. If this was the worst winter in history for home sales I can't wait to see what comes next.
I guess it's all about changing our business plans. I went back to the plan I used when I first got my license and it still works in this market.
I think we can stay successful in Real Estate as long as we're willing to adjust to the times.
