Better than any Real Estate Transaction - My Second Grandchild is Born!

On Friday April 22nd I received something that is better than any Real Estate transaction I have ever been involved in. On that day my second grandchild was born. At 5:50 am little Maxine Lois entered this world at 6lbs 5oz. Both mother and My beautiful Granddaughter daughter are doing well (and Dad too!). I couldn't be more proud of my daughter and son in law, they will be great parents.

As for me I know it's hard to believe someone as youthful looking as myself can be a grandpa but it's true. Maxine joins Avery as my two favorite (and only) granddaughters. LET THE SPOILING BEGIN!
