Thanks to all who have commented! This windmill is located at the Wamego City Park in Wamego, Kansas. Each year, Wamego has a Tulip Festival in mid April and the event takes place within City Park. I took this photo during the 2011 Wamego Tulip Festival. It's a beautiful site in the Spring with all the tulips and redbuds in bloom! In case there is any perception that this is a listing for a windmill, the Old Dutch Mill in Wamego, KS is NOT for sale!
