Social Media and Networking

By
Real Estate Agent with OwnerLand Realty SAL2006007409

I know that everyone keeps hearing about how important social media is and I must agree!

I'm on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn plus several others.

Not only do I enjoy the sites for networking and communication, but they have helped me gain clients as well.  (and for Free)

I also enjoy some of the games on the sites to help me take an occasional break from the real estate paperwork, etc.

Lastly, I've been able to reconnect with past friends and family members.

If you aren't "social networking" you need to start!  What better way to keep yourself in front of the public and most importantly of all, they are FREE!

It's not just keeping your name before the public as the social platform members will get tired of you, you, you. Posting images of the area events, videos of the community pride or local sporting teams is what the locals want. And those looking in to the cyber portal to consider where do we invest, relocate, retire to Martha? Oh look, here's a steady stream of an area we should consider. Less agent, more community, some property listings sprinkled in to a business page go a long ways. But are counter productive if it is just Little Jack Horner look at me posting.

It is hard to keep up with all of the networks.  I wish there was just one.

Marty -- I agree that Social Media Networking is important, but like Stella, I wish it was easier to keep up with all the sites.  I wrote a blog about it and would appreciate your expertise in the comments.

If it helps, check out my agent website.  On the bottom left side, there is a place that says, share.

When you click on share, you will see a TON of available sites to subscribe to.

I am always posting my stuff ALL OVER the internet.  LOL.
