These individuals or couples who have a history of credit issues, may just turn out to be "DIAMONDS IN THE ROUGH"
Each month, I either meet or speak with many individuals who have or have had issues with their credit. I will often find that what they think is "fair" credit is actually and average credit score.
These POTENTIAL buyers most often only need someone to review their current income and credit scenerio before they can become qualified to purchase.
When a realtor makes a credit referral to me, I keep them up to date on the progress of their potential client and tell the customer when they are ready, to use the Realtor that helped them. We finance their loan and you sell them a house. Win Win!
I actually see it a mutually beneficial meeting of great minds.
So before you turn down someone who tells you they have bad or fair credit, send em to ole Joe Beach for some credit counceling and repair and then financed!
