Bright skies make bright marketing pics

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Homepointe

Every time I see a sunnyforecast after a long rainy storm I know the sky will be bright and perfect for taking marketing pictures.  Some accounts I picked up new during the winter had to be shown with dark grey backgrounds.  A new exterior marketing picture is a great way to include a random exterior inspection of those newly placed tenants.  If the tenant mess up your perfect picture with a car on the lawn or a pit bull out front on a chain (yes it happens) at least now you can quickly act to remedy the problem.  If anyone has any questions about property management in Sacramento, rentals in Natomas, rentals in Roseville, Antelope or beyond please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

Beautiful listing photos are essential in a competitive market. Making sure they are free of clutter with great lighting gives the best results. Clients need to understand consumers. With online access and availablity of syndicated MLS services the online listing photos make the FIRST impression. The impression from those photos can either draw or deter consumers from a home.

Good photos are so important in conveying images of our properties.  I always have my camera in my car to take pictures of properties, amenities and the neighborhood

James,

Besides my iPhone camera, I carry a wide angle small camera in my purse at all times. I take pictures whenever I am out on a beautiful sunny day so that I can use them when marketing...

The SUN is key for showing off properties at their best.

All the best, Michelle
