How to Specialize in Pre-Forclosure

Title Insurance with Coastline Title Agency of Pinellas
What an interesting time to be in the Real Estate Industry. Just when you think you have experience in this field the Market dramatically changes and seems to pull the rug from under us all. Believe it or not there is still hope. With so many clients "upside down" in the mortgage department alot of Realtors are finding themselves in the position of what some call a short sale or pre-forclosure transaction. With little or no experience in this type of transaction it can be confusing and very frustrating if you are not working with a team that has done the neccessary homework and taken the time to research Lending Institutions to create contact information for each individual Loss Mitigation department and discover the requirements/documentation needed to submit a pre-forclosure request. I am proud to be associated with a very talented group of Title specialists who have compiled this information and all seem to have the patience needed to help the many agents we work with. To answer the question how do you specialize in Pre-forclosure? My recommendation is to surround yourself with a team of patient, flexible, experienced Title people because at the end of the day we are all at the mercy of the individual Lenders. Remember time is very important in these transactions so contact us today to get further details or E-Mail me and I can send you an informative Power Point Presentation on Pre-Forclosure. Never fear Title Insurors is here. 727-776-5258

Kerry - Thanks for sharing some insight on an area  that used to be a little-known corner of the investor world. Now it's almost an inevitable topic of conversation wherever agents gather. It's kind of a wierd world when we're studying how to "undo" or "get-around" what should be the primary obligation and structure of parties in a real estate transaction.. when the unusual becomes commonplace, even necessary.
