Thanks to my top producers
I was taken into the conference room for a meeting with my two top producers. They dropped the news that they where leaving to a virtual office that offered 100% commissions. They did not give me the opportunity to match it as they had their minds made up. They also tried to pursue me to close my doors and go with them as they felt that all my agents would follow them to this new virtual brokerage. At first I was heavily considering it as I pictured all my agent leaving to a 100% company.
Instead I figured how can I compete with such a commission structure. I took 3 days to evaluate my options and study this virtual brokerage and came up with a far superior solution and broker platform. I offer both the virtual & the traditional brokerage and call it ” The Best Of Both Worlds” as I value the old traditions of a brokerage as we are people serving business but have the acknowledged capability of the virtual world. Since then we have hired multiple producing agents and acquired multiple REO and Investor accounts and for that I am thankful of that situation of these two agents and could not thank them enough. This is how we got started !
