Listen to Your Buyer
Do you listen to what your buyer is really saying or wanting in a property, or do you just want that immediate sale and show houses without really listening? I really get to know my clients and want to make sure I am showing properties that they can really see themselves in. If you give clients what they want and they are satisfied, they are more likely to return to you as an agent and refer you to other clients. I go above and beyond for my clients because I do not know any other way. Always listen to your buyer and you just may never know when they will be there for you.
