People who live in Denver are never surprised to learn how young the overall population is. Denver is very appealing because of the many attractions and benefits of living here.
Great schools of higher education attract students. Once students experience the joy of living in a bright sunny place where the climate is generally mild and the humidity non-existent, it's hard to return home!
Of course the Rocky Mountains offer a magnetic sort of attraction, for many different tastes. Skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, gold panning (yes still!), gambling, sightseeing, hang-gliding, wind surfing, sailing, 4-wheeling, dirt biking, road cycling, photographing and of course just plain ordinary sight-seeing are some of the activities Coloradan passionately enjoy.
Glancing at the above chart one can see the age of most residents in Denver, Colorado is between 21 - 40.
Translated that means when you ask me about living in a neighborhood that is close to your age, chances are if you are between the ages of 21 and 40 the odds are with you!
