Enjoy the best of both worlds in Meadowview, where city meets country! The Meadowview community in Temecula boasts a 360-acre open area for residents to enjoy by horseback, on foot or perhaps even mountain bike. This open area is referred to as the "Meadow", which is where the name for the community was derived. There is also an equestrian center, two pools, sport courts, a park with picnic area and tot-lot and so much more. Horses are the heart of this community which gives Meadowview it's rural feel.

Just minutes from Temecula's Promenade Mall and movie theatres, it's almost like the Meadowview residents have an "in" for location while still keeping horses. Because it's location is within the city limits of Temecula it's not far from Old Town either. Temecula's charming Old Town is known for it's western charm taking you back to the days of the Butterfield Stage. Many original buildings are still present and there is a thriving business community. You will find restaurants, art galleries, antique shops, boutiques and much, much more. There are many annual events such as the Rod Run, Film Festival and my favorite, Western Days. Good food and good times are an easy find in Old Town.

There are many homes in Temecula's Meadowview that are currently for sale and I have created a page for those within my website.  I have a unique listing there comprising of two homes on 9-acres which is the biggest lot in the Meadowview Community.  This property is situated close to the Meadow on Avenida Buena Suerte and is currently available for $659K.  This parcel exemplifies that City and Country can  and do co-exist.

Hey Beth,  Meadowview is an awesome community.  I have an old friend that lives there and she loves it.
