There is a growing concern among home buyers that mold in a home is an automatic disqualifier.  This is true with Excessive mold for Some individuals, but you need not panic if there is evidence of mold in a home. In fact The Connecticut Department of Public Health and the Institute of Medicine have stated that Mold Testing is Often Costly and Unnecessary...Mold -Not a major Health Risk.
