Why all your listings should have a virtual tour?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Virtual Florida Tours
Spending your hard earned money on a virtual tour can be a difficult decision to take in this struggling economy. But it will save our sellers a lot of inconvenience since they will not have to leave their house each time a buyer will like to see their home. Every realtor will normally agree that one of his/her tasks is to show homes to prospective buyers as long as they are able to purchase the home. You cannot afford to be taking customers around while gas prices skyrocketing and the amount of money you are taking home are shrinking every day. On the other hand your sellers do not deserve to have tourist getting guided tours of their properties. You are not supposed to bring tourists to see their properties. Or what could even be worst a person that could be planning on how to rob them. So will it be a good idea to make a virtual tour for every property? This will relieve you to actually carry any client to see multiple homes around the neighborhood saving time and gas. At the same time it reduces the inconveniences to your sellers. Once you have the virtual tour of the property you will be able to carry to their homes only qualified buyers. They will not only be already qualified to buy their homes, but they are in love with what they saw on the Internet. It is extremely important in these difficult times to screen any prospect before we start showing properties to them. Virtual tours will allow you to bring the customer to the safety of your office and show them properties at no extra cost while your credit department is carrying the check on what he/she can afford. Gabriel,

I struggle with that question all the time. To me, it depends on the property.

I appreciate your post.

Have a good weekend!

In reality every property could have one, and you can obtain a very cost effective slide show from us at only 25.00 if you send your fotos we will do that for you.

For rental homes, I always have UPDATED photos of the property VACANT and floor plans.  Virtual tours are not that beneficial unless they are of the property vacant

I kind of prefer videos myself.  We are trying to do them on all the important neighborhoods.  You get the benefit of YouTube for viewers, a place to link your website there, and then embed them on your website or Facebook.

But what is the worst is so many listings that don't even put up a photo.  I don't know how anybody expects to sell anything without a photo.

I just use property panorama and it's free for Miami board members, why don't you?
